Stone bridges of Karvia

Tuulenkylä stone bridge

The single-arch stone bridge reaching over River Kattilajoki dates back to 1906. The bridge was designed by Karvia’s very own Juho Saari.

 

Suomijoki stone bridge

The bridge at River Suomijoki, from 1880, is the largest stone bridge in Karvia.

 

Otava stone bridge

In the village of Sarvela, there is a single-arch stone bridge from 1885 that crosses River Karvianjoki.
